Thats right I did go to the Y on Tuesday, used the treadmill for 15 minutes and the strenghth machines. I could not figure out how to turn on the treadmill and comes to find out it was broken and I'm not stupid! I tolerated the treadmill but I really enjoy the strength machines, although I could tell I was not pushing as much weight as previously, I will get back up there. So I'm off to the Y tonight for the "B" leg of my excercise routine (treadmill, weight machines)this will be my routine for Tue, Thur, Sat, Sun and then The "A" leg will be my swimming on Mon Wed and Fri). So I have not done much stitching yesterday or today. Have had my nose stuck in some healthy cooking magazines I picked up at the grocery store yesterday.I am really enjoying cooking more although I wish they had more recipies for cooking for one. I hate leftovers and when I freeze something I feel like I'm eating a frozen dinner and I am not satisfied. Weird I know.The only thing I don't feel that way about is when I make my vegtable soup, that I pretty much eat every day. I was so excited today about my lunch, I was having a turkey sandwich on one of those thin bagels with spinich, red onion and mayo. Well I relly enjoyed my spinich and red onion sandwich. I think I but 2 bags of turkey in tomarows lunch. Oh well sometimes it dosn't pay to try to be organized. Have a great day Peace and Love.
What a regimen you have set for yourself! I know you will stick with it--you are determined. Wish I had your enthusiasm for cooking. I do, but then... I don't. YOU know what I mean. See you Sunday? Hugs.
